How greatful I am

Haven't written for awhile now so thought I would catch up on this. I am so greatful for my family and my husband and to also have found some great friends that we have so much in common with it is scary. We are so blessed in so many ways. We truly have a great God.

I am so excited for this wednesday. Four great girls and I are going to Kallispell for the weekend. It will be nice to get away and have some girl time. I love my family to death but I think everyone needs a little time away to do some self care and rejuvinate.  Going to do some shopping/spa time and good food and laughter. I will miss my boys but it will be good to get away.
My great husband is going to watch them so we will see if everyone is still in tacked when we get back.

Also Mandy Baker is doing this great give away for all Moms, go check it out.

Hectic Life

So life has been hectic but just starting the reality of how life will be for the next 18 years.

Mike is still at the bank  and bought a truck which is his new girlfriend. Right now we are looking to move. It has been stressful cause we want something a little bigger and the bonuses of an ensuite, a decent closet so Mike can put his clothes in our room instead of Hunter's and a garage. We are stuck on what exactly we want but we have to do it soon so we can get approved before I am off my Maternity leave. Then we have to decide if we should rent out our current house or sell and not make much money from when we bought it. We love the challenges but it definatley causes stress.

I am currently on Maternity leave but starting a dayhome officially in January through Odessey an agency here in town. I already have half the kids I will watch which is great to have in place. I love to organize my upcoming activities for the kids and what all I will do with them. This is an exciting adventure for myself and my family. It will be great to be at home with my boys and still be able to bring in some income. Luckily my education of Child and Youth Care is equivilant to ECE level 3 so I get an extra $1,200 from the government which is a bonus. It doesn't make sense to go back when I can be at home with my boys and still make a decent amount.

Hunter, our almost 3 year old has started gymnastics, which he loves and it STARTING to listen better during them. It has been amazing how much he has grown physically and mentally over the past year. When we was two he could hardly speak and now he has his little phrases. "Mom, you coming or what." At times you just want to freeze time and other times fast forward but only for  a moment. I know when I look back I will just laugh. We are always doing something and keeping busy with going to the library and family center.

Gavin, almost 8 month is almost crawling and loves doing the downward dog. It is the cutest thing ever. He is the happiest baby ever. As long as he is feed and well rested he is good to go. He will definately keep up to his brother when he gets a little bigger.

It has been just over a week, Oct 4, 2010 and already so much has changed. We didn't get approved for the morgage, which is a blessing in deguise. We are so blessed already for what we have.
This past week I haven't felt good so we think we might be pregnant. I am 5 days from the period so I guess we will see then. I took a pregnancy test today but it says it is only 55% accurate 4 days prior to when you are suppose to menstrate so I guess we will have to wait and see. I am really worried though cause I have risky pregnancies. I had to have a D and C after both boys. My doctor said if we had another one I would have to have a hestorecomy right after so I wouldn't bleed to death. (pretty much). So I guess we will wait a week or so and see what happens.
Took a pregnancy test and no I am not pregnant, which is good but I was kinda sad. But this is better this way. Now it got me thinking if we should have another one and if it is worth the risks.

Oct 12, We went to Edmonton for thanksgiving. It was nice to see Mike's family.
I have soo much to be thankful for a great husband, healthy fun boys, nice house and vehicals. Mike has a good job and I can use my schooling to start a dayhome. We have a great group of friends and a great church, and family that are supportive. Thanks everyone.

Oct 19, Hunter's 3rd Birthday. He is quite excited. It was quite the adventure trying to make him a Mc Queen cake yesterday. I couldn't get the red red enough and it was a lot of work. I definately ain't cut out to be a cake maker. But it is all worth it. Hunter is excited for his family to come over tonight and then his friends on Friday. Then we are heading up to Regina this weekend to celebrate Brodie's third birthday. This is Hunter's cousin.

Gavin started crawling on his 8 month birthday and is motoring around. It is amazing how much they learn in a short amount of time.

I am exciting what the future holds for our little family and the blessing that will arise in our future.
